  • Timeshare owners showed greater conviction towards vacations than the general traveling public, with 62% of owners strongly agreeing that nothing is going to stop them from taking a vacation — a +10 point rise over the past year. Comparably, travelers in general saw this sentiment rise only to 39% in strong agreement at the end of 2024.
  • Timeshare owners are 81% more likely to spend more time on vacations over the next six months.
  • Sixty percent of timeshare owners have made a reservation for their next vacation – more than double that of travelers in general.
ARDA President & CEO Jason Gamel

“Timeshare owners have consistently proven to be active, engaged travelers who prioritize taking their vacation time every year,” said Jason Gamel, president and CEO of ARDA. “Their continued ability to prioritize vacations demonstrates how the overall quality of the timeshare product, coupled with flexible booking options in destinations around the country, makes traveling easier and more accessible for owners.”
