Breckenridge Grand Vacations’ Employees and Teams Rack Up on Awards at this Year’s American Resort Development Association Award Ceremony
Breckenridge Grand Vacations (BGV) had three employees win gold at the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) conference held in Orlando, Florida, last month. In addition, BGV’s 2020 program which was created out of the pandemic, BGV Shines, won the ACE Innovator Award. Three teams, the Owner Relations Team, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team/ BGV eCommerce Program, and the Sales Team were nominated as ARDA division finalists as Silver Winners. Finally, a BGV Resort Assistant Manager was also named as a silver winner.
The ACE Innovator Award recognized a company or individual that developed a ground-breaking product, service, or concept. BGV Shines philosophy is that BGV has set the gold standard when it comes to prioritizing the health, safety, and well-being of its owners, guests, and employees. John Liner, Scott Gisborne, and Vivian Casazza were the BGV ARDA Gold Winners. John Liner was nominated as the top Sales Management Leader in the industry. Liner led by example and had to get creative to bounce back from the pandemic. Liner and his team were able to increase volume per guest in 2020 by more than +24% over 2019.
Scott Gisborne was nominated as the top Salesperson – In-House. Gisborne managed to sell $3.8 million net in 2020 and believed the secret to successful sales is creating strong relationships and spending invaluable time getting to know each client during their interactions.
Vivian Casazza was nominated as the top Salesperson – Traditional Line. Casazza had net sales of more than $1.68 million in only nine operating months of 2020. She posted an average sales price of more than $33,000 in 2020 as compared to $25,000 in 2019.
The ARDA Silver Winners were the Owner Relations Team, nominated for Owner/ Customer Relations Team, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team/ BGV eCommerce Program, nominated for the Marketing Program, Stephanie Bristley, nominated for Resort Assistant Manager and the Sales Team, nominated for Sales.
