THE TRADES PHILOSOPHY

THE RESORT TRADES is a monthly buyers’ guide targeting the recreational resort industry. We mail copies to every identifiable resort in the US and its territories. This mailing includes all timeshare resorts affiliated with RCI and II and all RV resorts affiliated with CCC and RPI. Our list also includes all suppliers of goods and services that we can identify as resort-related. Our VIP list includes developers, financiers, consultants and ARDA members.

EVERY SUPPLIER, MANUFACTURER, SERVICE COMPANY AND PROFESSIONAL IN OUR IN-HO– USE DATABASE. This number increases daily, and as of March 2000 the list exceeded 1200 names. This includes Exhibitors at major industry trade shows, members of the various trade industry associations. The list includes all supplier and manufacturing companies in our in-house data system that has been built and maintained nearly fifteen years.

UNIQUE NAMES FOUND ON SPECIALTY LISTS FROM OTHER SOURCES. Sources include major advertisers who have shared their in-house list for review, as well as lists purchased from outside sources. This particular part of the list changes as we evaluate it on an ongoing basis.

THE TRADES’ UNIQUE IN-HO– USE LIST building over the last fifteen years contains specific subscription requests from all over the country. This list includes home mailing copies for many developers. Venture capitalists, bankers, and others interested in the Development Industry who have requested copies.
